Shipping

All orders are sent via UPS. Ground, Next Day and Overnight will be given as options on most products. Orders made after 2:00pm EST Monday thru Thursday will be processed the following day. Orders made after 2:00pm EST Friday or on Weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day. Please take this into account when selecting shipping method. Note that all WICKid products will come directly from the manufacturer. All other products in your order will come from Premier Soccer.

Return Policy

To Our Valuable Customers:

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for an exchange, store credit or full refund.

Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless it is in “store bought condition,” with original tags. Customer must have original store receipt. Shoes that have been worn outdoors may not be exchanged unless they are functionally or materially defective. Merchandise that has been worn will be subject to our Defective merchandise policy.

If merchandise was paid for by credit card then a full refund may be issued at the time of return. If payment method was by cash or check, then a company check will be issued within 7 business days of the date of return.

No returns on Customized items.

Exchange Policy

Merchandise that has been worn may not be exchanged unless they are functionally or materially defective. Defects are breakdowns in the materials or components of a shoe, which functionally alter the performance of the shoe. Due to the materials and construction of full grain and kangaroo leather cleats, neither Premier Soccer nor the manufacturer can warranty any problems outside of manufacturer defects. Blowouts, cracking, or tears in leather are all risks associated with soft leather shoes especially Kangaroo, and cannot be guaranteed. The high cost of these cleats is for the materials, performance, and comfort and in no way indicates superior durability. Proper maintenance of these shoes includes regular cleaning, keeping the shoes dry (do not dry shoes artificially), and oiling with soccer specific leather softener or conditioner. Manufacturers will not accept returned items from dealers unless they are functionally or materially defective. Discomfort, poor fit, blisters, etc. are not defects. Customers, who are not satisfied with fit, feel, wear, or performance of their shoes will be referred directly to the customer service department for that particular brand. Please make sure you are satisfied with the fit and feel of your shoe purchase. Our sales staff will make every effort to assist you in choosing a shoe that fits well and is functionally suited to your needs, but ultimately the choice is yours.
