Terms and Conditions:

1. The Premier Soccer Club Card is a one time membership fee of $25.00

2. As a Premier Soccer Club Card member, you are entitled to the following benefits:

  • 10% discount on retail purchases at any Premier Soccer location**
  • Receive a $50 gift card good at any Premier Soccer location for every $1,500.00 you spend**

3. One card per family will be issued. Club Card must be presented at the time of purchase**

4. Members receive one Premier Soccer Club Card point for every dollar spent on retail merchandise**
